I don't think they would've done much probe questioning when you have someone in front of you who was brutally raped. Desi was a weird cat who had cameras and shite all around his house. There's video of her screaming with what appears to be blood all over her, not to mention other things. The evidence was overwhelming. You had a dead sick frick and a happy husband and wife. What's there to question?
