I can see Abraham temporarily aligning with Ichy to find a cure for Katrina. He'd do anything for her.
A situation like that could lead Katrina to begin to rekindle her feelings for Abraham.

And that would be an interesting season cliffhanger, don't you think? Also, if Headless temporarily aligned w/Ichy this could drive a wedge between him and Abbie. Already Abbie has reservations about Katrina as we've seen. She thinks Katrina's motives are not as pure as Ichy thinks. That could make for some fun plot twists for sure.
