I love you to death, SFP, but I'm not sure I agree with you on this one. fricked up people will still want to have sex with children, and that will cause the market in child sex slaves to remain. Acreboy wouldn't be satisfied in a rub & tug with girls of legal age.

The money, if given to the right outreach programs can help.. They house, feed, detox (both those addicts by choice and some not) and reboot victims. These women are trapped not necessarily by chains but through mental/physical actions of their "pimp". These women aren't free agents in the sex market.
