I'll be honest.. When I first saw one of those signs a few ago, I wondered what the sign was doing in Baton Rouge.. After doing a little research , I realized that Baton Rouge is far from immune to this type of crimanality. In essence, the sign worked.

Exactly. I think the signs are there to make people aware or battle indifference with the issue.


I don't get why people like making issues out of nothing. Who cares how they spent their money? You weren't going to see any of it.
