Another note: if you're in Gonzales, the neighborhoods between Burnside, Worthey, and Purpera I would avoid except on a case by case basis. There's been a lot of Section 8 creeping into those little rent house side streets. It's causing there to be a lot more trashy people in what was mostly a mixed working class neighborhood with small, affordable, old rent houses (similar to Capitol Heights in BR)
