Yeah, I would think that a lawyer would know that the only "legal liability" in play here would be the exposure of everybody that you suggest should conspire to violate a person's 1st amendment right and the right to continue to embarrass himself by showing poor judgement.

true, but NFL owners don't have to draft him either...
if I were Jimbo, I'd get hold of Ryan Perriloux to explain to young Mr. Winston what could happen to him...
my bad, i wasn't very clear in stating that the liability was around the Title IX suit...
