re: No knock knock-off thread: Felons should be allowed guns in their homes

I've always been of the mindset that ex-felons should be able to legally own and possess arms. If you are not under the restraints of probation and have served all required stipulations of sentencing, you are free and entitled to ALL your fundamental American freedoms as guaranteed in the Bill of Rights.

That's always been my ideological conviction (is that an unintended pun, maybe?).
