He'll figure it out. Sounds like he has some excuses right now, like waiting for grad school or not wanting to leave BR. Sooner or later those excuses won't work anymore and he'll have to do something.
FYI, have you guys thought about the possibility that an MBA with no experience or connections might work against him? He needs experience and connections more than another degree. If he can get that through an MBA program that's great. Otherwise, its just a piece of paper.

He's not interested in the MBA program. I know he could finish it easily...but he's not convinced it's as powerful a degree as it use to be. He's looking at a Masters in Analytics?
