With those very specialized business degrees, you have to already have had something lined up upon graduation. Chances are, you're gonna have to get creative with what you want to do. And there's a good possibility that what you end up doing for work has little to do with what you studied.

That's not a failure or anything. Trust me, I've been there. The market in Baton Rouge is set up to where you are better off having a dad own a company to get a job in a specialized business field. The degree is not worthless by any stretch. It can absolutely help having had the education but more importantly having it on your resume.
