I loved it.
Spoilers:
It threw me when it didn't end being the sort of episode I expected, at all. I expected blink after the trailers and little talk I had heard. But it had a very different feel, and I loved it. The scene in the boys home was so incredibly well executed and frightening, even though I knew to some extent what was coming. Thoughts on explanations for this scene? I have a sneaking suspicion that the doctor grabbed a kid, brought him to the room after convincing him to play a prank, all to make his point about fear. I hope they don't reveal the monster if it was one. It will never be as scary as it was in that scene. I liked how the episode shifted to an analysis of fear itself, and how it stayed character centric (budget conscious). I continue to like how much classic who they keep referencing. I think the line about about companions and fear was from an unearthly child.
End spoilers

SPOILERS
I think it was just a kid, but they definitely left it open to pretty much anything.
Agreed
It was
I'm going to be pissed if they kill off Clara. If this is her final season, the character deserves a happy ending.
Nick Frost is going to be in the Christmas Special
