So, I started manager mode for the first time. Wow, the depth and complexity of this is amazing. Finished the first transfer window and made more moves than I should have. I did end up having two good deals fall through because I ended up a bit short on my transfer budget (cheap owners not giving me an extra to snag two good young players 
)
