Personal experience. I had three jobs in college and one of them was aquarium maintenance. I cleaned alot of tank from small to big tanks and I found the starphire glass to the best looking for color. Now as far as durability just the plain regular glass tanks work the best.

I've had up to 5 tanks running in my home at once plus helped maintain a breeding facility with a friend a while back. I liked everything about acrylic. I just don't trust glass like that inside my home.Glass plates,glued together.So many horror stories.
