awesome. So any tips about how to get/shop for insurance? Any tips on how to structure the company so you're more insurable?

form a LLC, if in SELA the cheapest work and fuel is in Hammond. But there are even cheaper options in Texas.
Yearly annual and overhaul every 2000 hours.

would have to have the plane values and then set as the asset of a corporatrion.

Name owners as managing members or partners with equal ownership (or with ownership set how the primary sees fit)

Would need to figure out hourly fees based on economy and wear of airframe (Piper Archer and Cessna cost very little to keep up, a Mooney or a Beechcraft cost a lot more)
