I chose my words carefully and for a reason. You would have to remember the sequence of events right after the release of the autopsy to get the full picture of how things developed. There is no doubt that his "arm" was down by his side at the time the bullet entered it. No one is arguing against this fact. Brown supporters are claiming that he could have still had his hands elevated/raised while his elbow and arm were against his body.
So yeah, it is still possible that he was holding his hands up like a retard......but his arms were most certainly down by his side.
ETA: I'm still trying to find the video of Dr. Baden where he discusses that his arm had to have been down against his chest for that re-entry wound to be there.
