Couple of questions, where is Charley G's? Is this a spin-off of the original in Metairie?
Was the filet mid-rare or rare? Looks rare in the pic. IWEI anyway, but was curious.

She said medium rare, but it might've been slightly less than medium.
Charley G's is in Lafayette. I thought it was the original, if it's a spin-off, that's news to me.
The event was not held at Charley G's. E's Kitchen put it on.
