I could make do without the other shite, but battery issues is something common for me. I don't have to live with it as a daily driver though since I switch between android and apple. It's got to be a hard decision for people who only want one phone.

Yeah initially I was going to get the 6, but I want the longer battery as well as the better screen and OIS.
I like the screen on the G3...it's great for media and games so I'll just suck it up and get the 6+

Just get a case with extra battery built in. The 6 is so thin that even with a "battery case" it still should be fine in your pocket.
