sounds like the battle btw doctors and hospitals over these surgery centers. Who gets to make the money off of the surgeries?

Not sure how it would work when, as is alleged here, an ear nose and throat doctor in her entourage butts in and conducts a surprise biopsy while she is having an endoscopy under the supervision of a different medical personnel.
