The first obvious question:
This ENT doctor that accompanied Rivers and performed this surgical procedure: did he have privileges at this clinic?
I cannot just walk in to a clinic and start treating patients especially if I have to use their surgical equipment that I am not familiar with...
That is malpractice for both the doctor and the clinic.

Agreed, assuming the story has validity. The article does say that the health department is investigating. Interested to see how it plays out.
