New evidence? How else do people think she got knocked out? We live in a visual society where if something is out of sight it is out of mind. The punch is about what I expected when the story was first reported months ago. I wasn't shocked by any means.

Can't be taken into custody or court on this charge. Plead to lesser charge and too diversion classes. NFL already suspended him 2 games and it was submitted and agreed by both sides. It's not his job to provide info. NFL's responsibility to conduct strong investigation. He will sue and will win. Probation is only 6 months after that he is free. This will get uglier especially if NFL lied. Either way he weathers the storm and will get compensated in the end. NFL better have it's shite together.
