Other ideas:
A//C 3rd garage so it can double as a man cave.
Centralized router
Attic decking is a must
Extra slab poured for patio
Pot filler although I have no issues filling it up I'm the sink
Griddle / stovetop
Built in electrical outlets in island drawers for phones / iPads / crap
Seasoning storage pull outs on side of stove
I saw a pull out chopping block one time in an island once
Centralized AV "brains" cabinet for future home automation
More water valves outside... At each corner
