I like the way you think - order on the way there. Pick up (confirm order is accurate) and at a drive through - if robots are making the food, you could run a McDonalds' "Express" with 2 people.

You could be a hell of a lot more selective about those 2 people, based on work ethic - you could run 3 shifts with a total staff of about 10 people - half of whom would be management types.
