Think twice. Even if your employer pays 0% towards your premium, it's highly unlikely for you to get a more afforadable individual policy due to economies of scale, and the fact that the ACA requires coverage for alot of items that you will never need, but have to pay for anyway.
Before the ACA, you could have probably found a high deductible/low premium plan that would have been perfect for a younger individual. But I think those have mostly been phased out on an individual level. Wouldn't hurt to look for one though.
