This argument is silly. Wisconsin dominated for over two quarters. I could argue less by parsing more and saying, if you take away the six seconds that Gordon took to run down the field on this play and the eight seconds on that play, etc., then really Wisconsin only dominated for about 54 seconds. Really Chitown, you guys got your arse kicked for 59 minutes and 6 seconds.

About six minutes into the fourth quarter we were lining up to punt, down 24 to 7. That's domination by Wisconsin up to that point. If the game had ended right there, everyone in America would be saying LSU was dominated.

Well, someone didn't watch the game. The score was 24-13 at the end of the 3rd. And, LSU TOOK THE LEAD six minutes into the 4th quarter.

ETA: I'll say it again. Up by 3 at the end of the 1st quarter is not "domination". Wisconsin won the 2nd quarter. They came out strong at the beginning of the 3rd, but LSU came back strong in the middle of the 3rd quarter.

Really, Wisconsin "dominated" maybe 1.5 quarters.
