Sam houston runs an offense similar to Auburns. Yes we beat Auburn last year rather handily right? But Auburn ran for 213 rushing yards in that game. We won it so handily because of early turnovers and miscues by Auburn. Their total yardage was over 400 yards.

They run a read option offense, which will require the defense to be very disciplined, which we haven't been for two years. With the youth of LSU, one can expect some players being out of position simply because of their will to make a big play. SH employs a ton of mis-direction, which also requires lane awareness and assignment discipline. With a scrambling QB, if we get out of position he can house it.

I don't know whether to facedesk or laugh hysterically.

Auburn couldn't do shite regardless of TOs and most of their yards were garbage time.

Gimmick offenses are worthless against chavis/LSU. If you'd have paid attention to the past 2-3 years you'd know.

Say what you want, but the rain definitely helped us slow down Auburn's offense. The rain forced a couple of poor passes to open receivers. There was a dropped punt snap. It's okay to admit we caught a few breaks. In the second half they were racking up yards and points.

What offense does Ole Miss run? Bo Wallace has lit us up two years in a row. In 2010 with Hugh Freeze as off coordinator they racked up points as well.

Seriously? You're the one who didn't watch the game. Twice in the third quarter, LSU was only up by 14. The touchdown at the beginning of the fourth quarter made is 35-14. Auburn fumbled on their first two possesions, and an interception on their fourth possession. Hell, it was 21-0 early in the second quarter because Auburn turned the ball over 3 out of their first four possessions. Afte that, they actually outgained us.

I'm not saying SH will beat us, I'm simply stating that they might pose some problems if our defensive doesn't play assignment football.

This is a simple discussion about not overlooking an opponent, but you want to turn it into a debate over my understanding and comprehension of football. Meanwhile you have no idea about what your are talking.
