The 3 WR set change saved the night. And the coaches did it. So why are you so bent out of shape? Had the screens been caught, and the TE's executed their passes, then we wouldn't have had to move to the 3 WR Singleback and shotgun formations. Unfortunately our youth and inexperience didn't let us execute from the I, which is historically where we thrive, but we also proved that our offense can respond to coaching adjustments, no matter how drastic, and gel. It's the first game. Chill. There will be frustrations, but we beat a damn good football team without half the best CB duo in the nation and the DLine playing with essentially both hands tied behind it's back.
