Metro: We stayed downtown and took the metro to the nrg around 4. It was jammed pack and pretty hot. We knew the trip home would be a cluster.

LSU alumni party: nice effort and ok venue in the nrg center. Air conditioning, clean restrooms, tiger band showing and BTE. But the pros end there . Do you like lines?? Lines to get in, lines to wait for drinks (alcoholic and non) , lines for food. Wth were they thinking with so few bartenders? They could have sold 10X as many drinks/ beer and also made it more enjoyable for everyone. You had to wait in the lines even for a soft drink and all for $50/ person.

Nrg stadium: it was a good venue

Leaving the game: got a ride with a friend after the game to downtown. It was so quick and easy. Our other friends tried to metro.... Reported misery

the people who had no problem with the metro train after the game left the game early! even if you left with 1 min to go, you were ok. For the rest of us, it was about a 2 hour ordeal and the train was very jerky and broke down a lot.
