Annoying Pop-Ups and Redirects

Mostly for an official looking Windows 7 PC Repair Redirect.... every third time I click on a post, boom, der it is. SUCKS

After 2 days (it must have known I just wrote this) it stopped. If it pops up again, I'll catch a URL and post it.

I posted a url before, I believe. This has been a problem for me for weeks on and off. I'll post it again when it pops up. It's been on and off all day today and I've run malware and it's still clean as a whistle. I had my IT folks check my computer after the last time and it was clean.

Mine is Firefox and I'm on a laptop. No issues with mobile. Haven't been on the ipad in a few days, but I've never had issues with either of those devices.
I haven't had an issue so far today. It was on and off yesterday. Didn't start first thing. Seems to come and go. Hopefully, it's gone.
