Live oak has the same issues. I'm sure Zachary, Praireville does as well.
I'm pretty sure i heard the end of a news piece this morning from a disgruntled parent complaining because she didn't have a Louisiana License or something along those lines and her child couldn't go to Central.

I say good for them. All school districts should do this. Increase the paperwork for enrollment. Require 3 forms of address/ID

It is very easy to get into schools in other parishes/districts. All you have to do is go to the DMV and get an address within the limits on it. Then, go online and do a rental agreement that says all utilities stay in the landlords name. Then go online and have a credit card or something mailed to that address. Now, this is even easier if you know someone within the limits to use their address. This will give you 3 forms of address/ID.

I once attended Lake Middle School while being in St. Amant Middle's district. After a year, my mom started working at Lake so I was only doing so illegally for a year.

Why are central schools so shitty physically? It blows my mind that they haven't built a new Central High School. Has to be one of the dumpiest looking buildings in Central.
