Nope, once I pass College it is free and clear until Highland usually. Some days it is backed up between Seigen, and other days (like yesterday) there is no congestion.

The widening has helped traffic immensely, and saying otherwise is foolish.

For some reason the traffic on I-10 was nonexistent headed toward Highland at about 4:15 PM. I don't know why. But if it rains, even a little, and you don't leave work before 4:30, you will definitely be in traffic for over 30-45 minutes on that stretch.
