I can't stand it, but I'm not getting paid $4 million a year to make that decision. I think it prevents momentum, confuses the O, decreases morale, etc. Unless you have two completely different QBs where one guy brings something new to the table (Tebow/Leak) I don't understand it. I guarantee it's failed 10x more than it's succeeded
