Meh, I went to middle and high school in Franklin and spent a good portion of non-school time there. You can keep Franklin. Outside of downtown, it's plagued by traffic and endless tract housing.

Like Baton Rouge's plague of tract housing communities like Santa Maria and Bocage right? And a majority of Franklin is still zoned 1 Acre and 5 Acre tracts. Combine that with areas that won't perk due to terrain, your post is short sighted to put it nicely.

But I bet you used the public school system while here.

is the mayor of Franklin, TN

ETA: JR's place in NC makes this place look like a housing project...

Where was I defending BR? Why did you bring that into the conversation? I don't even live in BR.

You want to back that up with some data? A large portion of the residential zoned properties are R-2 and R-3, which are medium and high density.

BGA ain't exactly a public school.

if you haven't been here recently you would be blown away.

I was there about a month ago. I'm in Nashville frequently and still have some friends that live in Franklin and the surrounding areas.
