Houstons weather is fine IMO.
It is kinda an ugly city with frickloads of traffic though. Concrete and crowded with tons of sprawl and nothing really scenic or pretty.
That's my take. I lived there for 2 years before deciding I liked south florida better and gave up a bit on money in both salary and cost of living to be where I enjoyed more.
Nothing wrong with Houston though. I thought it was an alright place to live and has a great job market.
