SO people can watch and learn while paying.. that enables Seaworld and zoos to research and learn.

Seaworld has not captured whales in 34 years.

Seaworld actually rescues and releases animals on a regular basis.

SO again, they know how to do this because of their research. They have the funds, in part, by bringing humans closer for a fee.
