Constantly. It's called growth.
Absolutely. Most of us spend our lives saying "when (insert self-determined objective here) happens, then I'll be happy." And that thing never happens or the goal line keeps moving. Meanwhile you squander wonderful days that can be full if happiness.

I am very social at work because my job requires it. Outside of work I am quite the homebody and very quiet and reserved around new people.
