The Obama administration was not a passive player in Arab Spring uprisings. The "plan" was push it, and hope for the best. If you are proposing we stay out of such affairs altogether, within reason I'd say, great.

I halfway agree with you. Obama wasn't a passive player in Syria and Libya but he was passive with regards to Tunisia, Egypt and Yemen.
