And, why would I care if he "burned through any funds" IF i were to come to the conclusion that he did WRONG?
What i am saying is there is NOT enough info (for me) to come to EITHER conclusion. I will not support in words or funds until I have decided what I think he did was reasonable.
Again, it appears as though it very well may have been. But, it is incumbent on him to explain to my satisfaction what happened and what actions he took before I "support" him.
That he "needs the money" means nothing to me absent that determination.

Again I am not disagreeing with you, simply stating why generating funds now is a prudent course of action.

It's sad the money this guy may have to burn through to prove his innocence. And that's what he will be doing at this point.
