I completely agree. Not to mention the shite that he went through when they first got him.
But hey....some posters here will defend illegal immigration and him being held until they turn blue in the face.

I think that only works if you're coming from the USA. He was coming from inside Mexico when he made his "declaration" - a bit too late then. He should have bribed the customs officials when they asked for a bribe.
