Of course there were. One of the silliest propoganda lies in history, because now even people like Bush and Powell say it.

There were loads and loads of WMDs in Iraq at the time of the invasion - there had been for decades.

The nuclear program was broken, but it existed. Part of the problem is that they were too scared to give Saddam real reports about it, so they lied to him. Even Saddam thought he had a more robust nuke program than he had.

But, go ahead - keep spinning and spinning the lie - so that we never get to really talk about what really happened.
