Can anyone confirm this or explain? What are these rules and are they being enforced? Our plan was to get to NRG around 11 am and set up shop. No grill, but we may be bringing a burner, tent, coolers, etc.

What lot are you in? They are not opening up until 1:00 for a couple and 2:00 for the rest.
