Back around 2006 I was at a bar with some friends and I met this hot little blonde. Really cool, smartass, and we just kinda vibed so I got her number and we hung out a few times. On our last hangout she confided in me that she had used a fake ID to get in the club and was only 16. I am not a pedophile and didn't want to go to jail so I told her I thought she was cool, didn't want to go to jail, so it couldn't go any further.

We kept in touch for a couple years and then lost contact, but I always in the back of my mind wondered what happened to her and hoped we'd re-connect when she was legal....a couple years ago she texts me out of the blue, tells me she moved to LA to model, met a guy in a famous band, got engaged, had his kid, then they broke up. We exchange a few texts and then she disappears again. I don't know her last name and her number has changed so at this point I've resigned myself that I'll never see her again.

So the other day at work I see this hot blonde standing in line waiting to check in. There's a fashion convention so there's models everywhere. I see she's having issues so of course I go over and see if I can help. In the back of my mind I think she looks familiar. I ask her name and she says it's not on the room, she's been down here 3 times already, and I was like just humor me. So she says _______ and it immediately clicks that it's the same girl from years before. I've lost 80 pounds and grew a beard since then so she didn't recognize me and I fricked with her for a minute before I told her my name....
