At the office though. Any sane or adjusted person would agree you have to dress accordingly for meetings and outside exposure. Jobs which require a lot of face time, higher up and managerial positions certainly require you to present yourself in a more professional manner than those around and below you. Plus for jobs that require lots of outside exposure, presentation is a part of being good at your job.

I definitely care about what our employees wear to work everyday--especially managers. They represent the company and showing up to the job site looking like a slob usually doesnt leave a good impression on our customers. IDGAF what brands they wear or how well they color coordinate just as long as they look presentable and carry themselves professionally.
