What I've done.
Took both ram sticks out. Crash
Took harddrive out. Crash
I can't test graphics card without onboard video. But I can load into windows and mess around for a while before. Crash
Unplugged all peripherals. Crash
All I got left is motherboard or graphics card, right?
I'm leaning towards motherboard BC I've had problems with my 24 atx pins shorting out.. however when it shorts out the entire machine loses power. Sorry about not adding that before
Should I just call Asus and have them send me a new one?

And power supply. What brand/model is it?
I'm probably just overcomplicating by even considering it because the symptoms are atypical of PSU failure/inadequacy, but it's wise to be thorough. My instinct said motherboard immediately, though.
EDIT: Oh, and have you by chance tried clearing CMOS just for shits and giggles?
And if the mobo is under warranty, might as well RMA it. I think ASUS does cross-shipping if you give them a valid CC.
