Agree, and yes Derek is an uber beer nerd but I wouldn't say he's boring. Very interesting cat.

Really? I'll agree he isn't as energetic as Dylan, but I wouldn't say boring. I've found every conversation with him to be riveting. But I'm also a meganerd. You can talk about yeast strains and I'm pulling out my legal pad and jotting notes. I guess they could have used one of the more "marketable" personalities involved in the brew process. I bet Indy would have done well. I dunno. I really like Derek so I can't be objective.
