I have been to 40+ countries, Panama is what I always recommend to people who want to stay on this side of the Atlantic. It really is a hidden gem. There are not as many guide books out on it, so not as many people go.
It is relatively cheap, that first pic posted looks like San blas. You need to spend a night on one of those islands. The coke boats run through there on their way north.
