Ok the kids are the problem. So it sounds like you have two options for your remaining teaching contract (I agree with others that if you quit right now, you will def have license suspended):
1) make the best of this year as much as possible and then do not resign contract next year
2) quit and get license suspended

Overall, it sounds like you are stuck between rock and hard place. At the end of the day you signed the contract and probably should have went through this process before now (I am assuming your school year has begun). Own up to that for one year, and then you can leave. My advice is to get the knuckle heads on your side so that you can try to accomplish what you are setting out to do. You could even only give 4 tests out for the entire semester, similar to how college professors do.
