Because those are all assumptions we make. The only real documented case we have of this happening isn't entirely solid (Geertsman at GameSpot).

have you listened to this whole video? the whole thing is based off of assumptions based from hearsay.
this dude is no better than Fox, MSNBC, and TMZ w/the way he is "reporting"
he claims the people he is ranting on have no decorum or integrity yet he is cursing his subjects out like a spoiled child.
his idealized view of old media originally not being biased by monied interests is a fricking joke as well.
