At the end we should have a complete report.

This would include shots fired, shell casing locations, where the cop was when he shot, where Brown was when he was first hit, etc.

We should know if the cop had a report on the robbery. We should know a whole lot more.

But it all boils down to trust. If you can't trust the authorities then there is going to be trouble. and we all know there is a reason blacks(whites too) don't trust authority and there are opportunists who use that distrust for political gain.

I agree here.

Still, each situation has to be judged independently.
