Well if you want a title a title fee needs to be paid.

$100 doc fee- this can vary (negotiable but will pay have to pay some at least)
License fee-varies on sale price unless its a truck then its $112.
$15 notary fee
$4 temp tag
$10 lien recording (if financing)
$18.50 title fee
$10.00 inspection sticker

These are the standard fees.
