Creatine is bad for football players, especially durring the season. Its hard enough for a football player to stay hydrated as it is and creatine makes it much harder.

It's really all about the diet. Grilled chicken and fish is your best bet and you'd be supprised what a couple pb&j's a day for lunch will do.
