Are you assuming that Babbitt and Miller will get minutes over Salmons? I'm not sure that is the case.
For 911 the top 6 players on the team (in no order):
Davis
Holiday
Anderson
Asik
Evans
Gordon
Are all at least considered above average (possibly pushing it with Gordon)
The rest of the team is okay, with the best bench players this season being (IMO):
Rivers
Salmons

to be honest, I forgot all about Salmons. 
Yeah, he likely starts over Babbitt and Miller. He was very good defensively in the playoffs last year and has a very good corner 3.
I like our starting 5 even better now.
